    This book is fantastic! Each week of this 10 week program, Kathy teaches you a different asspect of eating healthy, while at the same time, targeting a spicific area of the body to concentrate on. She gives you a lot of knowledge at the beginning of each week to help you better understand what it is you are trying accomplish in that week. She plants a lot of interesting, informative tidbits throughout the weeks pages. When you do this journal you will want to retain the information that you learnt in the previous week, and carry it over into the next to compliment what you are learning in that week. Kathy incorporates both arobics and toning into this one, and the results do happen. I loved the book so much that I came back and purchased one for a friend. When someone asks me about my weight loss, and how I did it, all I have to say are two words, Kathy Smith. Thank you Kathy!!!!

    I am beginning the book today. So far I feel like i have eaten more than I ever eat. But, I have eaten healthier! I have more energy today than usual and I am not craving sweets either. I would like to check back in with you guys in 10 weeks after I have completed the book to let you know my progress. I only have about 5-10 to lose, but I want to firm up and have a healthier diet.
